## Shipping Information

### UK Shipping

We're proud to offer fast, reliable shipping across the United Kingdom.

**Standard Delivery:**
- **Cost:** £3.95 (FREE on orders over £50)
- **Delivery Time:** 3-5 business days
- **Tracking:** Provided for all orders
- **Carrier:** Royal Mail / Parcelforce

**Express Delivery:**
- **Cost:** £7.95
- **Delivery Time:** 1-2 business days
- **Tracking:** Provided for all orders
- **Carrier:** Royal Mail Tracked 24

### Order Processing

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday) are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
- Bank holidays may affect processing and delivery times

### What to Expect

**Packaging:**
All items arrive beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. Our candles are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit, and figurines are carefully protected with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes.

**Tracking Your Order:**
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

## Returns & Exchanges

### Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to absolutely love your Angry Frenchie purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

### Eligible for Return:

✓ Unused candles in original packaging  
✓ Figurines in original condition  
✓ Items with original tags and packaging intact  
✓ Products returned within 30 days of delivery  

### Not Eligible for Return:

✗ Used or burned candles (for hygiene reasons)  
✗ Items without original packaging  
✗ Personalized or custom orders  
✗ Sale or clearance items (unless defective)  

### How to Initiate a Return

1. **Contact Us:** Email us at woofwoof@angryfrenchie.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order
2. **Provide Details:** Include your order number and reason for return
3. **Receive Instructions:** We'll send you return shipping instructions
4. **Ship It Back:** Package items securely and ship to our returns address
5. **Get Your Refund:** Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

### Return Shipping Costs

- **Defective or Incorrect Items:** We cover return shipping costs
- **Change of Mind:** Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- **Damaged in Transit:** We cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately

### Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

## Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but occasionally damage can occur during shipping.

### If Your Item Arrives Damaged:

1. **Take Photos:** Photograph the damaged item and packaging
2. **Contact Us Immediately:** Email us within 48 hours of delivery
3. **We'll Make It Right:** We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs

**Our Promise:** If something arrives broken or defective, we'll fix it immediately—no hassle, no questions asked.

## Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark as delivered early)
4. Contact us if still missing after 24 hours

We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

## International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. We're working on expanding to international shipping—stay tuned!
